1. Services Offered
We provide residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, unloading, and transportation. All services are subject to availability and require advance booking.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Quotes are based on the details you provide. Final costs may vary based on additional items, time, distance, or conditions not disclosed during booking.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments should be made in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, and major credit cards.
5. Liability and Claims
Any damage must be reported immediately upon completion of the move. Claims submitted after the move may not be honored. Our liability is limited to the value agreed upon in your service agreement or invoice.
